  1. One 1.5ml rxn tube per template--we will aliquot samples here. Please do not send multiple tubes of the same plasmid/product—even if you use different labels—that will only increase processing time.
  2. One 1.5ml rxn tube per primer at 3.2pmol/ul
  3. 100ng/ul concentration for plasmids
  4. 10ng/ul concentration for PCR products
  5. No screw cap or lock top tubes
  6. Label top of tube using 3 initials + a unique number
    • Do not repeat numbers in subsequent orders unless you date your tubes as well
    • Do not label tubes "template.primer" - that is for order form entry only.

*Not Acceptable: 

  • .2ml tubes of any kind
  • locking/screw tube tops
  • concentrations other than 100ng/ul for plasmids and 10ng/ul pcr products
