1. One 1.5ml rxn tube per template submitted at 100ng/ul for plasmids—we will aliquot samples here. Please do not send multiple tubes of the same plasmid/product—even if you use different labels.

2. One 1.5ml rxn tube per primer at 3.2pmol/ul
   
3. No screw cap tubes
   
4. Label top of tube using 3 initials + a unique number
   
• Do not repeat numbers in subsequent orders unless you date your tubes as well
  
• Do not label tubes "template.primer" - that is for order form entry only.
